Lakeview Chamber Recovery Task Force
In direct response to the need for our community to adapt quickly to the impacts of COVID-19, the Lakeview Chamber of Commerce has formed a Recovery Task Force consisting of local business representatives, Lakeview residents, and elected officials who serve on the two committees listed below. The task force will inform future programming and initiatives that support our community's recovery from COVID-19, and help ensure that our businesses have access to the best resources and information as we recover from this public health crisis. COVID-19: A Roadmap for Recovery
Developed by the Lakeview Chamber of Commerce in consultation with resources provided by leaders in the urban place management industry, the following 4 Stages of Recovery are intended to help businesses prepare for the possible impacts they might face on the road to recovery. We've also outlined some of the ways the Lakeview Chamber and its partners, Special Service Area (SSA) 27 and Friends of Lakeview, will align its response with the evolving needs of the community. This framework will be updated regularly based on input from community members and businesses, and as timelines for recovery become clearer.

Stage 1: Initial Crisis
Impacts
- Sudden closure of businesses, forcing loss of revenues, staff cuts
