              Bonus Cards expire three months after activation, so check the exact date by visiting GetMyBalance.com and entering the 16-digit card number and security code found on the back of your Bonus Card. The Lakeview Gift Card and *Bonus Card is accepted at more than 80 local shops and restaurants, and the Lakeview Gift Card can be purchased in any denomination from $5 - $500 per card.
