            • SSA 27 Community Needs Survey - 2017

              The Special Service Area (SSA) 27 Board of Commissioners wants to know your thoughts on the community’s greatest needs within the SSA. Complete a short survey by clicking here and help determine which programs and services the SSA offers in the coming years.

              The survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Participants who provide their email address (optional) at the end of the survey will be entered to win a $100 Lakeview Gift Card, accepted at more than 80 local businesses.
